Chapter one
“it’s a Bird! It’s a plane! It’s a...human?”

The moon was full and high, the stars glittered like millions of diamonds, it would’ve been a perfect night for carefree flying but for one tiny detail, i was being dragged (almost literally) to an imposing looking brick building. I wasn’t used tp being half dragged  half pulled  against my will. I was glad it was night though so i didn’t need to see the destruction we humans had brought  upon ourselves. It hadn’t always been bad i don’t recall the peaceful era  myself it had more or less ended 5 years before i was born. I am 15 now in case someone was wondering (doubtful) “hurry up Alex!” My mom half scolded half whispered , i wasn’t really in the mood to listen to her, after tonight i’d never see her again one way or the other.succeeded i’d have some new features that would make me a target or i’d die, hooray, my only egret was never going on a Journey, not that i could  since I did clean all generators and either died or disappeared. There were too many ways to die now  the poor air Quality, starvation, blighted food etc. i’d stopped paying attention and realized with a jolt we were inside the brick  my mom and i were alone  excite whoever might be lurking behind closed doors.  “Hello! Were here!” My mom called i seal-lowed loudly i was definitely afraid i didn’t want to die but i didn’t know IF i would and if i didn’t...well maybe i’d look cool after i hoped i wasn’t being given Slowpoke DNA. Ah yes the DNA biy. See hi-mans are who are dying off not pokemon in fact pokemon were thriving somehow  and for about 10 years scientists had been experimenting and had developed a new “cure” The only rest was that you could possibly die and most people did. A few survivors were known to be around but regular humans feared them as they had the abilities and moves of whatever Pokémon they had been infused with. I also intended to gain new attribute, Wings if there was a bird Pokémon or a bug Pokémon or tails if the Pokémon had a permanent tail. Your other more subtle changes as well but no one really knew about those. “Come in!” A surprisingly young voice called oops i hadn’t been paying attention again, oh well, “well, here goes something.” I muttered and ventured into the dark room.

2 weeks later
It was another Beautiful night
And now i knew exactly how it felt to fly. As you  can probably assume, i did not die. I banked to the right avoiding a tree to the face, ouch. Unfortunately I couldn’t fly very far my newly acquired wings ached if i flew to far but i was always lushing myself not only that but  i was eternally bored so why not? I’d been right to say i would never see my mom again, three days after my infusion she’d bought some suspect vegetables i hadn’t eaten much i liked nuts better , sge fell ill and 24 hours later the blight killed her. after that i was hunted and with no protection i had to flee.  Now i was alone i guess i should’ve been depressed but  i had decided long ago not to be sad there was already too much sadness these days.  As i landed i thought i had seen a flash of red hair but i must be delusional  because I was gone instantly but still, I wondered “ was there someone else out here?”

Alex Larkspear
Age: 15
DNA-infused Honchkrow

Appearance: he has black hair that seems to shimmer with color worn at chin-length, coco skin, slender with a small frame, average height. Dark brown eyes. He has black wings that come out from his shoulder-blades they have red feathers under after he evolves.

Personality: he is surprisingly cheery given his looks. He wants to have friends but because he was infused  he has to constantly be on the run or flight. He is strong willed but not necessarily stubborn. He wants everyone to be accepted and not hunted. The few friends he does have he’s extremely loyal to m and will do anything he can to protect them from harm even if that means getting injured himself. He loves to fly and sometimes, if you’re lucky you can hear him shouting angry as he flying type in the sky usually at night.


Kay Henson
Age 14

DNA infused Lilligant

Appearance: she has brown pixie cut hair, hazel eyrs, light skin, she wears a light turquoise hoodie and black pants. She has a flower in her hair like a Lilligant but doesn’t like to use the relaxing scent it provids.

Personality; typically introverted and keeps to themselves. Has a rigid schedule.

Rozella Ashdown
Age, 14
Gender gurl

DNA infused,  Masquerian

AppearancE: she has curly fire-red hair, dark blue eyes, tall slender. She wears a light blue dress that has attached shorts under the skirt, a cream colored satiny poncho and tan sandals. She has small ladybug like wings that come out from her shoulder blades and have an eye pattern on them when together  she also has  cream colored headband  made of crushed velvet.

Personality; she us timid and extremely shy she liked people but us too shy and intimidated show me around a lot of them at once. She was infused do you years ago when the doctors told her parents that she was dying of a rare disease he told them that if they infused her with Pokémon DNA a good saver so they took the risk and it worked.

Lukas Blackthron
Age: 15
Gender, male

DNA infused, Avalugg

Appearance: he has ice blonde hair he wears in a tail, teal eyes, very light skin, he us muscular but he is kind of a wimp. Average height. He has solid ice around his wrists and can live below freezing conditioS.

Personality, despite being muscular he’s actually quite a wimp he always says he will be there for his friends when times get hard but as soon as the battle happens he either runs away or a fake suicide of injury or illness unfortunately a lot of his friends actually Believe him when he does this. And he’s not in danger he’s actually a pretty nice guy You might even call him “cool” if it wasn’t upon and he didn’t Haidet. He was willingly infused with the dean a.m. is very own Pokémon he’s not certain what happened to the actual Avalugg.

Hello! I’m almost done with my class so i think i may start the DNA imfused trainers fic. (No that’s not ut’s real name) i actually have no clue what to name it. Except “infused” which sounds lame.

Okay! Just wanted to be accurate i’m fairly certain theres some kind of way of ID that uses “we” and not “i” but i could be very wrong

Chapter 8

We climb  two mountains, meet two new Pokemon and Alex meets her twin,

Hi, hi! It’s Airika. So yay Magnus got a flower crown! “Omph” he just hit me while saying “don’t you start too.” Alex, apparently, approver and i’m more afraid of her than a healer. Anyway, after Lush Jungle we headed towards Wela Volcano. Casey seemed to be on a mission but i decided to interrupt her mission. “Hey who wants to climb an active volcano?” I asked. “Me” Alex said “not me” Hearth signed, well he vigorously shook his head so i assume that’s what he meant.  sam didn’t look happy but remained silent. “As long as we aren’t lava shrfing...” Magnus  said. Bltz just gushed dejectedly. Casey crossed her arms “are you sure that’s a good idea?” She asked “nope!” I said and ran off, Alex following me. “Hey!” sam called and took off after us. we“Good grief” Magnus said as he, Bltz and Casey brought up the rear. “Ta-sa’ welcome to   Wela volcano!” I said as everyone caught up. “Cool, can i take some of the dirt?” Alex asked, i’m not sure why she wanted dirt but Alex, i’m learning is very odd. “ technically it’s ash but um sure?” I said.  While Alex collected ash and Magnus coughed continuously Casey came over to me. “Hey Air? Since were here why don’t we show them Charziatd ride?0 im fairly certain i grinned evilly at the prospect of seeing our new friends flail around your Sicily in the sky. “Why Casey i thought it was obvious, that’s why were here.” It wasn’t really i’s just wanted to show off one of Alola’s landmarks but still. “Alright everyone gather around!0” i called . Probably sounding l   Ike a tour guide. Alex, having long since collected her ash, was first to reply. “What’re we gonna do now?” Honestly she sounded like an eager little kid, Magnus sidled up beside Alex sounding like was praying “please no lava stuffing please” i rolled my eyrs at him “lava surfing is dangerous why would we even try?” I asked he muttered something like “water surfing is dangerous” Hearth frowned at me and shrugged p   like “who lnows? Maybe lava surfing would be fun.” Bltz, predictably asked “are we going shopping...for clothes?” I smiled sweetly at  him “nope” “dang” he said. Then i held out a phone-like device with  pictures on the buttons instead of numbers. “See this?0 i asked. They nodded, “it’s called a ride pager.” Magnus gowned “pager? It doesn’t look like a book” Alex elbowed him sharply “no, flower master, she means like a phone, you “page” someone pike well actually it’s more like a PA system.” “Flowed Master?” Magnus Asked incredulously, “ahem your distracted listen up!” I said and continued “Alex is roght-“ i started again but was interrupted by Alex saying “i knew it!”  “Anyway” i tried again, “a ride pager allows us tp call on certain Poke-mon for transportation, right now let’s focus on the Fly-ride” Alex asked  “were riding giant flies?” Casey groaned loudly at that, then snatched my Pager away, “hey” i  protested but she’d already pounded the orange button 7 times within seconds 7 charziatd surrounded us, “eek,” Alex squeaked Magnus tried to  block Alex from the charziatd’s as though they’ed attacked. Sam fumbled with a glowing spear? Wait what? How had i missed that? Casey stopped them before a fight broke. “Woah woah woah! Calm down guys these are the ride pokemon!” Hearth who’d been rummaging on his rune sack, seemed to be first to understand , i only realized after she’d been signing, “those...are...nit...giant flies.” Alex mumbled  “at least they aren’t lynd-worms.” Magnus added. I decided tp ask later what a lynd-worm was.  sam  said “i can fly on my own.” And  promptly Jumped up about oh 6 inches maybe. “ did you have a nice flight?” I asked., apparently she didn’t like my humor because she glowered at me. Alex cut in,”dud you forget sis? You can’t just say “eatch me fly!” And expect it to work.” Sam grumbled “no” even though it was obvious, even to me, Jihad. “Anyway, come on it’ll be fine!” I said and hopped onto a Charziard. Casey was second to hop on then Hearth who somehow managed to like regal on a fire-breathing dragon-rsque creature.  Then Alex who to her credit only slid forward a little. Sam tried tp copy Alex but did better than Alex, Bltz looked worried  but got on one anyway, “c’mon flower master up you go or are you afraid your petals will burn?” Alex Taunted. Side note, Alex would make a great Dark-Type with her taunts and verbal torture.

For people  who had never flown Charziatd, they weren’t  half bad. Sam was awesome, she looked like a queen up there. Second best was Hearth and Alex tied. Bltz and Magnus? Well neither looked happy, Magnus looked green but Bltz just looked uncomfortable. Oh and Casey  and i were just plain masters. We landed at a bus stop on Ula’Ula island but only went part way, we made everyone climb the rest of the way up Hokulani. Once we git to the top Magnus collapsed in a smarty, panting heap. Alex was none the worse for wear. And seemed glee-full “c’mon it easn’t YHATw bad, i thought you hiked a lot?” Alex asked Magnus “yeah on MATKED TRAILS.” Magnus answered. By them Caseu, Sam, Hearth and Bltz  had arrived...and Alex? But Alex was already here.  The Alex that had come with Casey giggled like a school-girl and started sashaying around the Alex that who had come with me. “Um...hello?” The first Alex said Alex 2 remained silent. Alex 1 backed away from Alex 2, who pursued her regardless. “Pssy Casey? That’s a Ditto, right?” She nodded then tapped Alex 1’s shielder. “Throw your  ball.” She said1’s poke ball . She threw ut  through het lips, “what? But” Alex answered, just then Alex 2 ceased Alex 1’s poke ball and threw ur, jumping onside. “What the- did i just catch nyself?” We’d know soon enough,

That’s vood! Sorry i didn’t pip i  sooner. I’ll do ch 8 tommrrow night (hopefully)

Hmm half of me says “raje oitty on Bltz@ the other half sats “nahh@  and okay! Now i remember i’ll start tonight or tommrrow. How’ve yku been?
