For anyone who can't remember my old grav and doesn't get the joke: That bread is actually the Almighty Loaf sliced up.

White bread has almost no nutritional value. When they first came out with white bread people ate it so much but they experienced deficiencies because all of the healthy wheats and grains got taken out of it. Since then it's been a law for white bread companies to "enrich" their product. It is still basically like eating air. Whole wheat is the way bread is supposed to be, tastes better too.
