Update: I used reddit's Union Circle page of codes to connect with others to acquire and complete the Group Quests. So, now I have them all.

Busy with work and such. I have no idea how to get a "group quest" for Indigo Disk. Something about 'friends' and Union Circle...? I don't get it. So, I am unable to get the remaining returning Legendaries as of yet.
