I'd like to say that Irvin did it on his birthday because he thought that HT wouldn't be online that day because perhaps HT could do something i don't know.
I myself think that it wasn't the best idea to do it on his birthday but at least he had a reasoning for it. The birthday post also wasn't the best thing though i can tell you Irvin is a better person than that and usually never does such things.

Also i can't believe that you literally say that you don't want the person on just because of a single post while you never even talked to him, you don't know what he's like. He himself expressed a ton of times on the showdown server that he didn't feel right because of the post and if we were joking around about the post (for example if someone did something we would gag around and say 'PSA: Demote [certain person] immediately') he would tell us to stop.
He should've done it privately but it happened and what happens happens.

If somebody else made that post which could potentially be your best friend but you never talked to him/her yet you could think the same and hate him/her. Hating on somebody without context isn't a good thing. You shouldn't hate Irvin, he's a good guy. Just hate that one action of him.
