The “related questions” area pops up based off of your question’s title and appears before you post the question (although it may vary slightly), so you wouldn’t need to ask the question at all. :P
These should pop up right under the field where you enter the title of your question. If you don’t see the question you are looking for, either reword the Title or go to the link of a similar question and check it’s “related questions” area.
Alternatively, we could do what Fizz mentioned early and use google’s advanced searches:
But, for now, the best way to improve your search results is to make smarter searches. If you're used to using Google, then you can use their search operators to limit the results to PokeBase and force particular phrases to appear in the results, among other things. Try searching "battle stadium" site:pokemondb.net/pokebase -rmt
on Google as an example.

So, I’d say to not write new questions in this manner, as you don’t even need to write them, and can search for questions in 2 different ways.
Furthermore, if you believe a question will have importance later, you should probably star it so you can find it later by going on your profile and looking up your starred Questions/Users. :P
Hope I helped!
