What am I supposed to say if this happens?

This would be a kid talking about his in-game team
If this was to happen so be careful
Can you be more specific? What do I have to be careful for? How should I be careful?
Try not to get too mad
I don't think that's the problem. I just need some way to get them to learn stuff.
There kind of isn't a specific way. I think it's more that we just give honest critique, and if they don't like it then too bad for them they asked the question.

I'd sugges tfor  them to become more familiar with the metagame, and also suggest that they don't post teams that haven't be tested at least a little (your example wouldn't last 5 minutes on Uber ladder so if someone tried to use it then they'd know there'd be no point in trying to save it. At least hopefully).

If they really don't understand there's not much else. I'm dealing with real life issues at the moment but once everything's sorted I'll spam reboot that whole guide thing purely so we can reference it in situations like these.
