If I were to answers those In-Game teams questions am I allowed to post a set for each starter?

In game teams for improvement aren't allowed, so they should be flagged if anything.

If you're referring to the "what is a good ingame team for "[game]" then you can have different starters or format it by a list of notable pokemon to include in-game.
