Can we have Notification for Chat?

Something similar to the Highlight feature on Showdown, when a word such as your name issaid, could we get notifications? I always seem to miss conversations because I don't know I'm needed, and I know I'm not the only one

I realized some people actually can use notifications, but not everyone, so I', still suggesting this idea of a highlight like feature.
