How can there be a different amount of users on each base?

It's because when a user signs up, it doesn't update the user count on meta or RMT. I don't think there is a way to fix that with the system we use.

However, I can update the numbers at any time by clicking a button in the admin section. Which I just did :D

That shows how many users have actually gone on said section. If you only go on PokeBase, one more user would show up and if you don't go on Meta or Battle Subway, it won't count you as a user since you never visited said section.
