Shiny Questions getting old.

Here the anime FAQ
Can we have a shiny faq similar to the anime one on the pokebase with almost everything there is to know.
There is normally 1-2 shiny questions everyday so the faq would help.
The faq could be next to the ask a question section.

9 pages of questions relating to what are the chances of finding a shiny.
Most get hidden now when asked but it saves the asker and the hider the time.

If they are the same (or almost the same) as older questions then they are duplicates. It should be easier to mark questions as dupes in the next version of our Q&A software.

For now, just flag any new posts and link them to one of the previous questions that answers their question.
