Level 1 moves on evolved Pokemon?

Question

Alright, so I was wondering how to put moves that are "learnt by level up" on an evolved Pokemon. I'll use Gallade as an example; it is stated that Gallade learns Leaf Blade at level one. How would it be able to learn Leaf Blade if I can only hatch a level one Ralts?

You need to go to the move rememberer with a Heart Scale. The Level 1 moves will be able to be taught to them.
