Where and how I can get more blue shards?

There is one way, that you can get them quickly:
1. Go buy some Repels at a Poke Mart
2. Go to the Relic Passage, via Castelia Sewers or PWT
3. Run around until you see dustclouds.
4. There is a strong chance you can find Blue Shards.

But you can also find Red, Green, & Yellow Shards, as well as Excadrills (despite Repels)
