My friend always says that if you enter an AR code, it works fine. But, he says when you mess up the code and type it in incorrectly, the game and/or DS system is wiped out. Is this true?
P.S. I will never use an Action Replay. This is just for those crazy people who do use them.

No data will erase.Turning off the AR while its saving will break it the AR not the DS.

According to me the game may get stuck if you enter the wrong code. If you don't want it to get stuck switch of the AR code and delete it then turn of the DS then there should be no problem

No, it will not. If you turn it off while its saving, the AR will break, but nothing else. However the AR is fixable with the code manager software dowloadable from the codejunkies website. However there are a few gamebreaking codes, like once I typed in a code for a level 50 shiny charizard with pokerus and it wouldn't let me access my box. So I sold the game and bought black 2. You have to be careful with things like that.
