Is the Eevee you get from Amanita in Castelia City ALWAYS male??

Question

I got mine, but it was Male. So tried again, and it was Male again. Can it be Female??

I'm asking for breeding purposes.

This is the one with it's DW ability.

This(at the very bottom) says:
>You can get a level 10 male Eevee from Amanita in Castelia City and all Hidden Grottoes have a 20% chance (I think) to have an Eevee with it's hidden ability.

So by that statement I'm assuming you can only get it male.
