Are pokémon stronger comparing to other Japanese games ?

You can't compare separate video games. If you do, you need to set some sort of standard, like, Super Smash Bros. Brawl. You can't say, ex, if Bowser fought Mewtwo, who would win? You have to figure it out in a whole different metagame, not a Pokmon's power in their own metagame. For example, in EOS multi-hi moves rock!
