How do you get all the neccesary items to make the Shell Bell in Ruby?

Question

Ok,first I fogot what was the names of the two items.But I know that it involves
shells.And second.If there in that cave where you meet the guy that will make
the Shell Bell.How do you get through the rest of the cave?I've tried and
tried and tried.But I'm stuck.Please help.(Not sure if I can type this.But whoever's
answer helps me a lot.Will give BA.)
