I'm worried about my Mienfoo...?

Question

I have this Mienfoo that I'm going to train in 170 HP/170 Defense/170 Sp.Defense and is level 1 but when I leveled up with an palpitoad that gives away 2 HP ev's it reach level 14 but I didn't count the HP that it gained in each level is that a problem or I did still get 2 ev and not (example) 30 ev in HP when I gained level 14?

You gain 2 HP EVs each time you beat a Palpitoad, not every time you go up a Level. You will not see the EV results if you EV train early. You can only see the result if you EV train at a later Level, for example LV 50.
