Gen 7 Ubers / National Dex AG

Mewtwo-Mega-X @ Mewtwonite X
Ability: Unnerve
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly / Hasty / Naive Nature
- Low Kick / Drain Punch
- Bulk Up
- Ice Beam
- Stone Edge

STAB Low Kick hits the many heavy Pokemon in Ubers/Nat Dex AG hard. Drain Punch can be used instead, as it can heal you, which pairs nicely with Bulk Up. Bulk Up Mewtwo's physical moves and makes it harder to KO by physical moves. Ice Beam seems like a weird choice on a Pokemon with 194 Attack and Bulk Up, however it lets Mewtwo get rid of Mega Salamence, which uses Intimidate as its pre-mega ability, and Zygarde, which has Coil and great physical bulk. Stone Edge kills Ho-oh and can overwhelm the niche Lugia. Just watch out for that 80% accuracy.

Let's Go

Mewtwo
Timid Nature
- Psychic
- Flamethrower
- Calm Mind
- Shadow Ball

Psychic for the stab. flamethrower for bug coverage. shadow ball is used over earthquake for the ghost types because mewtwo has higher special attack. calm mind for the sweeping.

I haven't quite come up with a moveset for Mewtwo without a Mega evolutionary stone, but I've been thinking about the strongest "Megas'" for quite some time. Here's what I came up with.

Mewtwo @ Mewtwonite X
Ability: Steadfast
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Drain Punch
- Disable
- Light Screen
- Reflect

Alternatives are Protect for Reflect, and Magic Coat or Calm Mind (in this case it does the same thing as Amnesia), for Light Screen.

Unfortunately, if you come across a Ghost type, or a Pokemon resistant to Physical moves, you will have to switch out. I designed this to take on your average opponent, and for being able to take very little damage and heal, as well as getting STAB bonus, provided you being able to set up the defense boosters without taking irredeemable damage.

Mewtwo @ Mewtwonite Y
Ability: Insomnia
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SpA
Bold Nature
- Psystrike
- Reflect
- Calm Mind
- Miracle Eye

This one is able to handle Dark types, and can deal significant damage with it's STAB attack before your health runs out. IT is also able to win against Psychic types, special-attack-resistant Pokemon because Psystrike is based off of defense in the same way as Psyshock, so it can overpower most of the Psychic types, since they tend to have lower defense comparatively to most other Pokemon. However, it can't heal, a Ferrothorn troller would smoke it, and, even with an active Barrier, it's defense is still only 105 according to this very website.

I have recently joined the Pokemondb forum and hope to become a prominent
Pokèmon enthusiast (I use that word too much) in the Poké-base, as well as the rest of the Pokèmon world!

Why did I get voted down?
It's a genuine answer that I worked a long time on.
It was downvoted because a.) both of them are pretty bad movesets (no offence, just being honest) and b.) you need Natures, EV and items to complete the set (I realise that some of these answers don't, but this is a very old moveset question and we have certain standards now that we didn't have before). If you satisfy these conditions it's like that the downvote will be removed or cancelled out.
Okay. Well, the items are pretty obvious, and the EVs I'll add.
Wait, did you edit it!?!
Obvious or not you should include them. Natures too please.

I edited to neaten it up and put it into an importable format. I took the pictures out because they slow down the page (I would have kept one but it'd be strange to have just MegaMewX and not Y e.e)
