Ninjask baton passer?

1. Is Ninjask better as a Baton Passer, or a swift sweeper?

1. Can I make Ninjask to a good Baton Passer without Substitute? If "yes" I would like to know the moveset.

Ninjask - Focus Sash
EVs: 252 atk, 252 spd, 4 HP
Nature: Jolly
Ability: Speed Boost
Moves:
Protect
Swords Dance
Baton Pass
X-Scissor

This set works best as a BP'ing lead, as any other time s-rocks could break your sash. Upon starting the battle use Swords Dance, then use protect to get your speed up, then baton pass out to physical sweeper of your choice. Watch out for priority moves.
