Charging up a Thunder Fang?

Okay, so my Luxray used Charge
Charge powers up the next electric move you use.
Charge is an electric move. He uses it again, and again. Will they get more powerful each time he uses it or only once?
So if I charged 5 times in a row then Thunder Fang'd someone, would it be amazingly powerful?
