Well if the three Pokemons were to have their hold items,then the moves of only their types will increase by 20%.(eg) dialga is a steel and dragon type so if dialga had dragon and steel type moves only those moves will increase by 20%.the same goes for palkia but giratinas form changes if it has it's griseous orb
