Quick Attack or U-Turn for Staraptor?

Question

My Staraptor on my white game has the ability Reckless, and I'm trying to decide whether to keep Quick Attack, or replace it with U-Turn... I also don't know what role I should have it as in a team (Just in general). The nature is Jolly. Help please?

U-Turn. It has more power and you can hurt the opponent before you switch. This can be mean the difference between a win and a loss.
