What are the tiny icons in a Pokemon's summary?

At a Pokemon's summary, in the bottom right-hand corner, there many shapes and icons. I know the red star is a notification that the Pokemon's shiny. What are the rest. Also, I got a Blaziken in GTS Negotiations, and near that place, there was some sort of a Kirby face. What's that?

The face means your Blaziken had PokeRus.
