Chatot's Chatter move and volume?

is there different effects if chatot use chatter maybe like if you scream while chatter does it do more damage or paralyze etc ?

It can confuse the opponent, depending on the volume of this recording. The higher the volume of the recording, the more chances of the foe's Pokemon getting confused.
