Assist Pokemon, fly ?

Question

if you only have 2 pokemon like
a purrlion with assist and a pokemon with fly
will purrlion use fly ?

Wow just checked Bulbapedia and it can for a list of moves it can't use via assist look at the link.
The moves unable too use are neer the top.
Good question though
