When should I evolve my Munna?

i have a muna so when should i evolve it.

The last move Munna learns is Stored Power at level 47, so definitely any time after that.

However, that's not a great move, nor is Telekinesis in-game. Dream Eater is decent if you also have Hypnosis, but a bit too unreliable. I would say any time after Psychic is learned at level 37 is a good time to evolve Munna to Musharna.

Or 31 since both Psychic(37) & Calm Mind(35) are TMs.
