Can you find Shards in dust clouds in Black 2 and White 2?

Red, Blue, Yellow and Green Shards?

Yes, shards can be found in dust clouds. Bulbapedia says it's only in Rebirth Mountain but I'm sure I got some all over the place. There are several shards hidden in the ground that you can get using the itemfinder thing.
