There are a few ways to see your Pokemons happiness.

One way is to go to Goldenrod City and go to the East side near the Bike Shop,there should be a house just a little upwards.If you go inside you will see a woman with a pink shirt and a brown ponytail.Upon talking to her she will either say something like ''I get the feeling your Pokemon really trusts you'' or ''It doesn't seem to like you at all,it looks mean." Based on her quotes you can tell if the Pokemon likes you or not.
Another way is to simply talk to your Pokemon(if your not in Goldenrod or you want to quickly look)If they like you they will most likely display a heart or a music note,sometimes even dance.If the Pokemon doesn't take a liking to you they will steadily look down.
