Can you get the shiny form of lack kyruem and white kyruem?

I have been playing pokemon white 2 recently (yes I got the japanese game =P) and I was wondering this. In pokemon black/white, you cant get a shiny reshiram or zekrom. Is the game in white/black 2 also programmed not to get a shiny black/white kyruem?

Yes,
Still a 1/8192 Chance though, Very slim, But keep Hoping!
To get one in B/W though you need Hacks.
