Choice band or choice scarf for sawk?

In the sawk set given to us by smogon, there is a choice between running the choice band or the choice scarf. My question is, which best enables him to revenge sweep and why?

Ability: sturdy

Scarf that way you can outspeed most thing and since sawk already has good attack the extra speed will help take out other pokemon better.
