A trainer card question??

Okay, I'm a little confused here. I currently have a Bronze card (2 stars) in diamond. I've completed the Pokedex, so this website says I should have a GoldCard. But I don't? Can someone tell me what I'm misunderstanding please?

Have you completed the national dex or the sinnoh dex or both cause the national dex has to be completed.

I've actually completed both the sinnoh and national DEX. haha.

Keep in mind that those are not in any particular order, (they aren't sequential) getting the pokedex complete just raises it one level, but you have to do all of the tasks to get a gold card.
