Manually Creating Wonder Mail

Question

I was wondering how to manually create your own Wonder Mail (aka what are the algorithms for creating it). I've found out about upokecenter's Wonder Mail Generator, but that doesn't interest me. I've een gone so far to contact nintendo, and they responded with this email:

Hello again. I actually found the answer to this question by posting the question on another site. It turns out that the answer to my question was one link away from where I have been a million times. http://www.upokecenter.com/games/dungeon/guides/passwords.php is where it explains how the game decodes Wonder Mail passwords, which if you understand it, teaches you how to make the codes.
