Does ditto give you the EV's of what he transformed into?

According to the EV list, he gives off one HP ev, but I wanna be sure this doesn't change should he use transform.

Nope, Ditto keeps his own EV's when he transforms.

That's not what this question was asking, it was asking about the EV yield which is totally different from the actual stat. When Ditto transforms, it acquires the stats of the Pokemon it transformed into (temporarily obviously), which includes EVs.
