How many Pokemon description 'mistakes' are there?

Lets take Yanmega for example:

Its Pokedex description says it can fly a man, but it can't learn fly. There is probably a reason for this but I'm also asking for things that some people may find as mistakes.

This question truly doesn't make sense, you can't base logic like that.
I thought you meant like there was actually incorrect information on a Pokedex entry. Pokemon descriptions are just as accurate as the anime, and doesn't have to make sense with the games.

Alakazam-Its brain can outperform a supercomputer. Its intelligence quotient is said to be 5,000.
then why can't it learn the 5th move???

Machamp-It can launch 1,000 punches in two seconds.
250punches in 1sec with 1 hand

Ponyta-Its hooves are 10 times harder than diamonds

Poliwrath-With its extremely tough muscles, it can keep swimming in the Pacific Ocean without resting.
Golduck-It is seen swimming dynamically and elegantly using its well-developed limbs and flippers.
but they both need a CD to actually swim

Onix-It burrows through the ground at a speed of 50 mph while feeding on large boulders.
80km/h while burrowing!!! then why is he so slow????

Arcanine-This fleet-footed POKéMON is said to run over 6,200 miles in a single day and night.
I calculated and it was 413.333km/h!!!

Rampardos-Its skull withstands impacts of any magnitude.
but it still gets recoil from headsmash

Kyurem-It can produce ultracold air.
But why can't it learn frost breath?

Seviper-SEVIPER and ZANGOOSE are eternal rivals
Zangoose-It has feuded with SEVIPER for many generations
But they can still breed...

NOTE- there are many other funny "pokemonlogics" in the game as, doduo can learn fly but charizard in RB can't, 282.8 kg rhyperior and 460 kg snorlax can surf and any pokemon that uses surf becomes lapras in gen2

How are these mistakes?? It's called PokeLogic. Don't expect to learn it anytime soon.
