Special Sweeper needed for sandstorm team.

Question

I need a special sweeper for my sand team with the following requirements:

• High Special Attack stat
• High Speed stat
• Defenses don't really matter
• High HP would be nice but not neccessary
• Must work well in sandstorm weather effect
• Dream World abilities and egg moves are acceptable

Please provide everything you would for an RMT.

I suggested it because itss a sand team, you will have problems with ferrothorns, forretress, skarmorys ect hp rock isnt needed imo as its a sand team im sure most members have access to rock moves, though doesnt mean its not a viable option. :)

@Blob: It seems you are talking about Sash not being good for Alakazam because of Rocks. Well, you forget about Magic Guard. Which prevents things such as Entry Hazards and Sand and all that crap that would make a Sash not useful. As such, Sash is a great item to use on Alakazam. However, I prefer Life Orb to it. But Sash is still a great option, allowing Alakazam to survive Scizor and hit back with an HP Fire.

Ok not great speed but great special atk and high defensise with boosting moves.
Speed isnt needed.
It hits extremely hard with life orb because thanks to magic guard it says goodbye to sandstorm and life orb damage.

Great synergy with sand teams, great spatk, great speed and can rapid spin.
theres not much more of an explanation needed.

This guy is also great in sand with high special atk and decent speed.
It has a typing which absorbs attacks that sand teams have problems with.
Ice beam and its set in general provide good coverage.

Great special sweeper and preforms well in sand.
Spin blocker stopping rapid spinners blowing away hazards that sand teams always have.
Appart from that it has great speed and preforms just like starmie.
