Lickilicky (M) @ Choice Band
Ability: Cloud Nine
EVs: 160 HP / 252 Atk / 48 Def / 48 SpD
Brave Nature
- Hammer Arm
- Power Whip
- Earthquake
- Return

This is my weather killer Licky, it can really mess up any weather instigator. Hammer Arm works for Tyranitar and Abomasnow, and provides a 5-type coverage (including Ferrothorn and Blissey). Power Whip can take care of Hippowdon or Politoed (or Kyogre and Groudon, but let's be real). Earthquake demolishes Ninetales, while providing the best physical move in the game. Return is for STAB, and with Choice Band, it can provide some serious damage.
Cloud Nine ensures you don't get OHKO'd by STAB weather boosted moves and Licky doesn't take residual damage from Sandstorm and Hail. EVs: Max out its attack, and even out the defenses with the rest of your EVs.
This guy is best used on your own weather teams, as it stops the opposing team from keeping their weather around, and you can set up your own freely. Given Licky's low Speed and wide coverage, he actually makes a decent Choice Bander regardless of opposing weather.

This set is killer:

Lickilicky (M) @ Choice Band
Ability: Oblivious
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Def
Brave Nature
- Explosion
- Brick Break
- Earthquake
- Fire Punch

Ever tried a Choice Banded Explosion? It's killer. Explosion is for a last ditch effort if you're about to die. EVs give it lots of bulk. Brick Break is for breaking of screens, and just a good move to have. Earthquake is for killing things while making sure that you can hit Steel types hard. Fire Punch is mainly for Gengar, since it resists the rest of the set, while hitting Bug/Grass types resisting most of this set. You could have pretty much any Physical move in there.

STAB Banded Explosion is awesome

Lickilicky @ Choice Specs
Ability: Cloud Nine / Own Tempo
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 6 Def
Modest Nature
Ice Beam
Thunderbolt
Flamethrower
Surf / Shadow Ball

Specs set, he has a pretty good base Special Attack. All moves are for coverage depending on what you need.

Note: You could go for the inaccurate but powerful Blizzard, Thunder, and Fire Blast.

K, for some reason, no one has posted standard cleric Lickylicky.
____

Lickilicky @ Leftovers
Ability: Own Tempo
252 HP / 252 SDef / 4 Def
Impish Nature
- Wish
- Body Slam
- Protect
- Heal Bell

Lickilicky @ Iron Ball
Ability: Own Tempo
EVs: 252 Attack / 252 Def / 4 HP
Brave Nature
- Gyro Ball
- Power Whip / Zen Headbutt
- Return
- Swords Dance

Gyro Ball deals a lot of damage since Lickilicky is so slow, and its holding Iron Ball so it can boost the power. This also works on Fairy types.
Power Whip is to deal with Ground and Rock types, This also works with Water types. / Zen Headbutt For Fighting types.
Return deals a lot of damage, especially with STAB and Swords Dance.
Swords Dance is to raise Attack.

A nice moveset, but I would recommend the EVs in Defense to be put into HP for more all-around bulk. :D

Gen V

Lickilicky (M) @ Choice Band

- Explosion
- Earthquake
- Power Whip
- Zen Headbutt

Lickilicky @ Life Orb
Ability: Own Tempo / Cloud Nine
EVs: 244 HP / 252 Atk / 12 SpD
Brave Nature
- Belly Drum
- Power Whip / Zen Headbutt
- Hammer Arm
- Return / Double-Edge

This is a great Trick Room set! With minimal Speed (even 0 IVs in it) this will strike first and hard with a Trick Room attack. Guess what? Hammer Arm lowers your Speed even more! Life Orb is for Belly-Drum boosted Return, doing major damage, but keep in mind that it could have Sitrus Berry or Leftovers to heal, too! Enjoy!

Is it even possible to have a Lickilicky with both Belly Drum and Hammer Arm bred onto it?
you can have any egg moves possible on a Pokemon- remember- the female can pass down the egg move. So A Lickitung with Hammer Arm from being bred can pair with a Pokemon with belly drum in the same egg group.

Toxic Troll

Lickilicky @ Leftovers
Ability: Oblivious
EVs: 252 Def / 252 SpD / 4 Spe or 4 HP
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Substitute
- Rest
- Protect
- Toxic / Dragon Tail (Beware Fairies though)

When I looked at this guys stats, Abilities, and movepool, I saw more defensive potential than offensive, so try this: Minimize your Attack to minimize confusion damage because being confused isn't as bad as not being able to use anything, which is why this set has Oblivious and not Own Tempo. I'm not confident about Rest as I haven't had much time with this set yet. This would probably work best after some entry hazards have been set, and even better if you can baton pass in some buffs and/or ingrain and/or aqua ring (and yes that can be done).

Wifi Signal (Lickilicky) (M) @ Chesto Berry
Ability: Oblivious
EVs: 200 HP / 148 Def / 160 SpD
Impish Nature
- Curse
- Amnesia
- Rest
- Return

This is an old set I found on my Pokemon showdown, I used it a few times, and it tanked everything. If the opponent is physical, spam Curse. Rest if you get to low HP, then get Special Defense up with Amnesia. Return for damage. I don't need coverage because you can PP stall with it too.

Have fun with Ghost types.

Here we go again with another moveset, but this time an Eviolite Lickitung!

Lickitung @ Eviolite
Ability: Cloud Nine
EVs: 248 HP / 56 Def / 204 SpD
Sassy Nature
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Curse
- Body Slam

A very nice Rest/Sleep Talk set, including Curse to raise your Attack and Defense, getting bulky and powerful all at once, and Body Slam to inflict damage and to have a chance to paralyze your opponent. Watch out for Ghost-types, though, unless you have Toxic Spikes set up, turning it into a stall-fest! Enjoy!

This moveset takes advantage of paralysis!

Lickilicky @ Lum Berry
Ability: Cloud Nine / Own Tempo
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Adamant Nature
- Body Slam
- Lick
- Smelling Salts
- Earthquake / Hammer Arm / Focus Punch

Strategy: Paralyze foe with Body Slam or Lick, then cure/hopefully faint them with Smelling Salts! You can use your coverage move either after paralyzing a threat or straight off the bat! Lum Berry helps with your longevity.

Do note that this Lickilicky set doesn't really benefit from the halving of a foe's Speed, as with having only 50 base speed itself, Lickilicky could still be out-sped by paralyzed foes. Don't use Hammer Arm if you're worried about being out-sped!

No one in their right mind would use Lick. It's super effective against Ghost, but it's not going to be doing even close to a respectable amount.
