Can pokemon that will always have a certain gender breed?

Like a frosslass with a ditto. Will that work?

EDIT: Now lets say a frosslass breeding with another froslass were in the day care. WILL THEY BREED and have an egg? Also, would a pokemon with an always male gender have an egg even though its male and male and only female have eggs?

Yes, they can. The only way a certain gender Pokemon can breed is by Ditto. So your Froslass breeding with another Froslass will not work.

Yes, a Snorunt egg will be made.
However, the off-spring might a Male or female Snorunt
