Season breeding question.

I was wondering, if animals give birth more in Spring, wouldn't pokemon lay more eggs in Spring?

Nope.
Same chance in all seasons.
Seasons don't affect anything except:

• Deerling and Sawsbuck forms
• RageCandyBar in Iccuris City
• Traversing in Moor of Iccuris
• Tree colors
• Pokemon that can be caught
