someone told me if you find misty on a date suicune should appear but she didnt mistly told me to go away?!
Cut the trees on Route 14, and you will notice Suicune on the water. When you return to the lookout point, you will find that Suicune awaits. I recommend using Net Balls to capture this legendary Pokemon. Good luck!
