Happiny: Trophy Garden

After Palkia: Heatran: Stark Mountain

After Leafeon: Glaceon: Evolve Eevee by leveling up by icy rock in Route 217

Porygon2: Evolve Porygon by trading holding Up-Grade
Porygon: Veilstone City

Elekid:Hatch by egg
Electabuzz: Route 222

Frostlass: Evolve Snorunt by using Dawn Stone on female

Porygon is obtainable in the house closest to Team Galactic's Base. It's in Veilstone City. I got one there. It's only in Platinum, not in Diamond or Pearl.
