Genesect is the first Genetically Engineered Bug-type pokemon, and a worthy legend. His project was shut down many years ago for being controversial but he is alive. Genesect was taken by team plasma, and reconstructed as a powerful weapon (They added the Cannon on his back).If you have beaten the game, you know al about Ghetsis secret plans, and Genesect was the next step. It is quite clear that genesect will play a big role in the sequal to B/W, as it is supposed to actually continue rather than repeat. When you capture Genesect though in B/W (and probobly their sequals) He can come in whichever color you choose. I believe there are 17 colors each representing a type, but I am not sure of this selection. Genesect has actually been captured already by a team of hackers, and his sprites (both regular and shiny) are available online. I hope I have helped you.
