Where do you get old amber in white?

i want an areodactyl but i dont know where to get old amber please help!

It can be found by talking to a worker in the Ice Rock room of Twist Mountain. He hands out all older generation fossils, so save before you talk to him and cross your fingers that you get an Old Amber.

In the Ice Rock room in Twist mountain a worker gives you a random fossil from before Gen V daily. Source

Note: Soft reset too get the one you want.

you can get it (random chance - could be a different fossil) at the middle of Twist Mountain. You go into the cave in the bottom and walk straight ahead and talk to the worker. He will give you the fossils from the past games, but you can only get one fossil per day.
