Is zen mode really worth it?

On my team I have a darmanitan, after the elite four you can get a ragecandybar which can be used on the statues outside relic castle, doing this make a wild darmanitan with zen mode as its ability attacks you, zen mode makes it have terrible physical attack and amazing special attack, and it only activates when the darmanitan has less than half health left.

What I want to know is is it worth catching it and reaplacing it with my current darmanitan?

To be honest, it's highly recommended that you simply stick with your Darmanitan that has 'Sheer Force' as it's ability. It is possible to run some sort of gimmicky Focus Sash set that's EXTREMELY situational, but it's likely your opponent will be faster anyway and KO you, especially with the Speed stat drop that comes with 'Zen Mode'.
