If it doenst work will someone trade it with me for pikachu skitty eevee or another Pokemon ? Please I really need them
All of those are passed events. (I would give you a link, but I'm to lazy to find one).
Or you could trade with someone who did the events ( Maybe you'll be lucky enough to find one on the GTS). :D Always hope!

As luck would have it, these events are still accessible with the DNS Exploit, a fan-hosted method of obtaining old Gen IV and V Mystery Gifts. It's somewhat complex to set up; please reference our detailed DNS Exploit guide for help.
Pokemon obtained through the DNS Exploit are legitimate and will pass the games' built-in hack checks.
