You could trade it to SwSh and use a rare candy on it then it will evolve.

Rare Candy can only raise levels up to 100 iirc
In SwSh, a new mechanic was introduced that allows you to evolve Level 100 Pokemon with a Rare Candy. It won't raise the level, but it evolves the Pokemon.
Oh ok got it

You could always breed the pokemon to get a baby with the same moves. (See breeding part of this website)

There is the old glitch that MIGHT still work in gen. V

Also in Generation I, any Pokémon can also be raised to a level above 100 via the Pokémon merge glitch; however, Pokémon in the Slow experience group need to be merged with a glitch Pokémon who requires even more experience at level 100. These Pokémon can continue to be leveled up with Rare Candies until level 255. Whenever a Pokémon over level 100 gains any amount of experience, its level will revert to 100, and if a Rare Candyis fed toa level 255 Pokémon, it will revert to level 0.

hope it helps!

Buneary doesn't exist in Gen I...
You should also quote bulbapedia for this information.
I do not think this works, because I do not htink glitches work. Gamefreak can be serious sometimes.
