it will hit through Wonder Guard.

>Life Orb takes away 10% of your maximum health every turn you use an attacking move, which is considered as secondary damage. Wonder Guard does not block this, so things such as Hail, Sandstorm, status aliments and recoil damage can even hit through Wonder Guard.
