What is the most level ups Pokemon can get at a time versus one Pokemon without hacks?

e.g. a Pidgey level 1 getting 10 level ups after having beaten one Pokemon.

it would be a lv1 pokemon with erratic exp gaining pokemon
traded from a differant country , holding lucky egg with exp boost pass ups from enterlink
against an audino from pokemon stadiums
this may not be correct it could be something like cynthias garchomp
so you would get 420069 x 2 which is 840138 which is enought to get an erratic pokemon to lv 100 i think
