My Accelgor likes dancing what do I do?

Question

I have been recently running a Drizzle Team and was using a Scizor. But now that I have used it and have had many failed attempts, I wanted to use Accelgor who uses Hydration. I don't know how to spread his EVs and what to give him, all I have is Rest planned out (If that is even a good idea). And if you really would like to go above and beyond on this answer, you could tell me how his name is pronounced.

Well, rest on accelgor is a terrible idea as he has a 80/40/60 bulk. if you need a good special attacker with rest and hydration, manaphy is a good idea. Give manaphy this moveset:

Manaphy @ Leftovers
Trait: Hydration
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
Tail Glow
Rest
Ice Beam
Scald / Surf

Excel-gore. is what i believe it is pronounced as. And I would just consider a 252 speed and 252 special attack. He doesn't have the the defenses to really tank hits so its hard to utilize his ability in this scenario. But you could still try it.

maybe take some out of speed and put it into HP if you give him a Timid nature, but like I said, he really doesn't have the defences for it.
