Where in Platinum can I find an an Umbreon?

The Umbreon is the only Pokemon I am missing on my Pokedex and I really wanna get the national dex. Please someone answer this is a super important questions for me.

8 ways:

1. Catch an Eevee in Mr. Backlot's Garden and evolve it to Umbreon via happiness in night.
2. Get an Eevee from Bebe in Hearthome City and evolve it to Umbreon via happiness in night.
3. Migrate one from FireRed, LeafGreen, Emerald, Ruby, or Sapphire.
4. Migrate an Eevee from FireRed, LeafGreen, Emerald, Ruby, or Sapphire and evolve it to Umbreon via happiness in night.
5. Migrate a Vaporeon, Jolteon, Flareon, Espeon, Leafeon, or a Glaceon from Eevee from FireRed, LeafGreen, Emerald, Ruby, or Sapphire and breed that with Ditto to get and Eevee and evolve it to Umbreon via happiness in night.
6. If you have a Vaporeon, Jolteon, Flareon, Espeon, Leafeon, or a Glaceon evolved from Bebe's Eevee, breed that with Ditto to get and Eevee and evolve it to Umbreon via happiness in night.
7. If you have an Vaporeon, Jolteon, Flareon, Espeon, Leafeon, or a Glaceon, breed that with Ditto to get and Eevee and evolve it to Umbreon via happiness in night.
8. Trade one from someone.

If you want to see Umbreon:
1. A guy to the west of Pastoria, past the huge mud puddle of death. He is a fat collector with both Umbreon and Espeon.
2. On Route 212 (south) is a Collector with an Umbreon that is level 27.
3. Collector Dean on Route 212 west of Pastoria City.

Where can I find a ditto though? I saw a video where it showed how too, it said Mr. Backlot would say a certain Pokemon's name then it would be there. I talk to him about everyday and he says nothing.

Mew you can't migrate Leafeon and Glaceon from Gen III they were introduced in Gen IV.

There are two ways 1. You raise the Eevee you obtained from BEBE, maximize it's happiness then evolve it at night ( must be happy to evolve, and must be at night ). 2. There is a Pokemon Collector, trainer between the marsh and the water on route 212 that has one, just battle him and Umbreon will show up on your pokedex. If you want an Umbreon and you've already evolved the one that BEBE gave you it's okay, once you've finished the pokedex from Giratina down you can find some in the trophy garden.OR, you can put your eevee--evolved into whatever form--into the daycare center with a ditto. It will produce an egg which hatches into eevee; then follow the instructions in the above #2

in heathrome city there is a woman called BEBE she is friends with bill go to her house and she will give you an evve. then try and give it happieness through the sothebell or maby whatever else you want at nightime it will evolve into umbreon .
