Okay, straight up, you will never be able to catch the same Missingno. as the one in Red, Blue, or Yellow. It's just never going to happen in any other game other than those.
The only glitch Pokemon that you are able to obtain from various Generation IV and V games is the glitch Pokemon "-----". It is obtained through various means depending on game, as well as method, however your game will usually freeze, or you will "white out" in every battle once you get it.
Its appearance in Diamond and Pearl makes it look like a box, which was given the nickname "DPBox"
In Black and White, its appearance is of a circle with a question mark inside; the same little icon when it indicates that you haven't seen that Pokemon in your Pokedex yet.
